The winery is located in Marsala, on the western tip of Sicily, and is housed in a traditional stone farmhouse dating from 1904, renovated and modernized with artisanal and technological tools and knowledge. Today’s wines are the result of the work of four generations of winemakers, and the fruit of hilly lands , where restrained productivity concentrates aromas and flavors. Wines that speak of a Mediterranean landscape made of wind, salt, and different cultures that have met and will always meet.

Grillo, Catarratto, Grecanico, Inzolia, Zibibbo, Nero d’Avola, Frappato, Nerello Mascalese e Perricone, but also Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Syrah: these are the varieties that animate the organically cultivated Caruso & Minini estates and form the basis of six collections representative of the winemaking tradition in Sicily.
