The Distillery Rau is a historic representation of the Northern Sardinian territory: here, with a skillful blend of innovation and modernity, liquors and distillates have been produced for nearly a hundred years using the family’s most traditional recipes.
At the production facilities of Distilleria Rau, only locally sourced raw materials of the highest quality, carefully selected, are used. Through refined production processes regulated by strict standards, the finest traditional products come to life, characterized by the aroma of the Sardinian land—wild yet generous in bestowing its intensely aromatic fruits.
Ingredients: Distilled from the pomace of Moscato and Malvasia grapes, then aged for at least 12 months in French oak barriques.
