Monte Tre Carlini Negroamaro I.G.P. Puglia is a rich red wine made from Negroamaro grapes in Puglia. After fermentation in stainless steel, it matures for 12 months—50% in French oak barrels—and is aged for another 6 months in bottle.

 

The wine has an intense ruby red color, with aromas of blackberry, cherry, and plum, along with spicy notes of cinnamon and coffee.

 

It is dry, soft, and lingering, ideal with meat dishes and full-flavored pasta.
