TERMS OF SALE FOR THE ONLINE STORE
The owner of the online store www.ilvinaioitaliano.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ ITALBALTICA (11361847), located at Pikk tn 30, Tallinn, Harju County, 10133.

VALIDITY OF THE SALES AGREEMENT, PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
The terms of sale apply to purchases made in the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated alongside the products. Delivery fees are added to the price. All prices in the Online Store are in euros (€).

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery cost is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.

Product information is provided next to each product in the Online Store.

PLACING AN ORDER
To order a product, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled in, and a preferred delivery method must be selected. The total amount payable is then displayed on the screen, which can be securely paid using the following payment methods:

• Visa/Mastercard card payments

• PayPal

Payments are processed by AS LUMINOR. Payments are made in a secure environment outside the Online Store—bank link payments are processed in the respective bank’s secure environment, and credit card payments are processed in AS LUMINOR’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s bank or credit card details.

The agreement takes effect upon receipt of the payment in the Online Store’s account.

The Online Store owner is the responsible processor of personal data and transmits necessary personal data to AS LUMINOR for payment initiation.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. The paid amount (including delivery fees) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from the notification date.

Courier (all Estonia) - €13

Age verification is required before parcel pickup using an ID card.

Pickup is available between 10:00 and 22:00 to prevent the delivery of alcoholic beverages to minors or outside the legally allowed hours.

Pick-up in warehouse (from the second business day onwards) - Free (€0.00)

The recipient’s age is checked using an identification document.

Courier - €7.00 to €13.00 (Weekdays 9:00-17:00)

The courier verifies the recipient’s age upon delivery using an identification document.

The buyer covers the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the delivery options.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the specified destination within two business days from the conclusion of the sales agreement.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
